We talked a lot about the diversity of creation, about diverse roads that lead to enlightenment. Peter and Paul set out on their journeys from very different starting points, from very different environments, very different backgrounds, and yet, with total commitment, regardless how many mistakes they made on the road, their led them to the same destination.
This is the glory of the diversity of creation. Efforts are always rewarded, though often in ways we do not understand.
We have a lot to learn and, to repeat, the journey is eternal.

I cannot imagine two more different characters than Peter and Paul. A fisherman, and a hired hand of the Roman Empire. Yet they met at the end of their lives. What
matters is the state of consciousness that we take with us
when leaving our illusory bodies. Both Peter and Paul, ultimately, saw
the truth. It wasn't easy for either of them.
Read
the book and let me know what you think. If you doubt the existence of
the Higher Self, then remember that 99% of the human body consists of six
elements: oxygen, hydrogen, nitrogen, carbon, calcium, and phosphorus.
See if you can construct a body out of them. If you will, nature will supply
you with the remaining 0.85% made up of sulfur, potassium, sodium,
chlorine, and magnesium. All these are essential elements. Your Ego
can't glue them together, not even into an illusion of a human body.
Higher Self, does. It's all an amalgam of energies.
Furthermore,
all these elements vibrate at different frequencies, yet are perceptible
to our senses. If we were to accelerate the rate of their frequencies they might be
closer to the frequency of photons, and we might have bodies that would appear to have been
made of light.
People
had visions of such illusions.
Of beings of light.
There are many more
steps we must take before we can justify the ancient prophets assertion that we are
gods. Gods that can manipulate the frequencies of vibration of all
energies.
Think what we can do in our dreams. And dreams are only the
beginning. An introduction to the fulfillment of our potential. At the very end of their lives, both, Peter and Paul decided to live their dreams. Their dreams of life eternal.
You, too, can do it. It's an act of will, the most powerful force in the universe. The will of the Higher Self.
