ONE JUST MAN—Witchcraft? Magic? Or a Gift of God?

Every man and every woman, harbour divine potential within them. Yet, few, if any, discover it in their lifetimes. They prefer to rely on religions which externalize their potential, placing it up, above the clouds, and praying to it to have their wishes granted, instead of doing the work themselves.

A few men aren't like that.
Dr. Peter Thornton was well on the way to follow the established way. But the true reality of the Universe is defined by Consciousness. Even as trees are aware when their roots obtain new rainwater, the Omnipresent Consciousness seems aware who and when might be ready to take the next evolutionary step.
Peter was already well established in his profession. The youngest member of the Royal College of Surgeons and Physicians, he was ready to follow, successfully, the road travelled by his predecessors.
Universal Consciousness decided otherwise. Nothing ventured, nothing gained, but It seemed to count on the assistance of Winston, who was on the verge of Third Coming. On the verge of the third stage in human evolution.

In ONE JUST MAN, Dr. Thornton discovers a gift of healing manifesting through his unwilling hands. Soon the ‘gift’ turns into an insidious curse. He cannot practice medicine and “witchcraft” simultaneously. His promising career is in shambles.
A beautiful woman and a mysterious majordomo come to Dr. Thornton’s help. The ‘gift’ involves him in the kidnapping, international intrigue, and rapid journeys across Europe. This stage of his spiritual growth towards self-discovery take him to the Vatican where, quite unwittingly, he learns how to overcome death itself.
