The Gospel of Thomas states: “Whosoever finds the explanation of these words shall not taste death.” We are endowed with the gene of immortality. Our genome can endure thousands, perhaps millions of years. But what of our consciousness? Thomas offers us the Key to Immortality.
For some reason, as we age, as we become more mentally decrepit, we seem to hold on to our dilapidating bodies with the tenancy of a starving hyena. We can no longer do and enjoy activities which were ours to do for many years, yet… yet we are scared of the unknown.
Scared to death? Lol!
Strangely, there are only two possibilities. Either, when we ‘die’, there would be nothing to follow, or else, we’d bear the consequences of the years we’ve spent in our magnificent biological creations, probably abusing the greatest gift that nature had to offer.
In either case, our behaviour attests to our cowardice. If there’s nothing after ‘death’, then there is nothing to fear; or there is something, and if so, we and we alone have created conditions (or realities) in which we’d find ourselves.
Speaking for myself, I am looking forward to leaving my physical enclosure with curiosity which is heightened by my lucid dreams. They affirm my vision of heaven.

According to Thomas you are immortal. And don’t ever forget: you are creating your own heaven. “As you sow, so shall you reap.” You’re creating your future. You always did. And for ever you shall. Of course, if you’ve produced nothing worthwhile in this embodiment, then there is nothing to save. Yet even then you will not be wasted. Your body, thoughts, emotions, even consciousness will be recycled, perhaps regressed to a reality where nature imposes stricter rules on its visitors. If not, then believe me, heaven is worth while visiting. It is, well… heaven!
There are but two things to remember.
Your body consisting of some 100 trillion bacterial cells is not immortal, only you are. The real you. The sublime, incomprehensible, magnificent Individualized State of Consciousness.
The I AM.
Aren’t we lucky? Enjoy!
Within a Black Hole, all energy is converted, again, to potential energy. On the other hand, Heavens created by us enjoy an infinite number of vibratory rates, all the way to infinite vibration which thus becomes omnipresent. Hence there is not one heaven but as many as individualized states of consciousness (that us and others like us) are able to create. It is a long, long journey. In fact, it never ends!
