You sure you want to be a god? Well, ask Winston. Winston Smith. I don't want to give the plot away, but, surely, you must agree that gods wield power. First on Earth. It could be mental, or political, or even economical like our billionaires. But then what? A nearby planet, then a solar system. Eventually a galaxy?
Where would you stay in the meantime, in a nearby friendly Holiday Inn on the galaxy next door?
You sure you want to be a god?
OK. You start humbly. You get a dozen people to follow you. You tell them all you know. After all, you picked up quite a lot in your previous reincarnations. The people might or might not appreciate you, but if you do your job well, you go up. Perhaps, like Father Pio of Petrochina you won't even need a rocket, like our billionaires, but still you'll move up to look after a bigger chunk of the Phenomenal Universe.
Aren't we lucky that the Phenomenal Universe is just an illusion? An illusion of swirling electrons around their invisible nuclei that virtually are just empty space. Or is it just our scientists' concept of becoming a god ruling over an illusory universe?
That's it. I'll sit back, close my eyes, relax, and create my own world. My own reality. Within me... if just for a few seconds, or minutes, I shall be immortal. Like god. Like a god surrounded by beauty and diversity. And then I'll open my eyes and if I'm lucky the Paradise will be still there. Still be here. Suddenly all the trees, and birds, and squirrels chasing each other upside-down on the thickest branch are alive... aren't they all miracles?
And the sky... just look at those clouds...
Abstract designs like no other.
Hey... a minute ago they were just in my dreams, and now... they are real. All around me...
Maybe I am a god. God in making?
I wonder how Winston does it...

Fantastic Read!
"I
have read many, many books by Stan I.S. Law and have yet to come across
one that is not both eye opening but in its philosophical explorations
of life and the universe but also filled with excitement and wonderful
characters..."

A Stunning Projection of Man's Destiny!
"Even
after reading One Just Man and Elohim—Masters & Minions, I was
amazed at Law's speculative projection of man's destiny.
...Winston,
already a mysterious character of his two previous novels now rises to
heights never imagined by any author I've ever read. This book is an
amazing eye opener, and a stunning prophecy of our destiny. Read it now and you'll see the world in a different light.
