There is one ghastly expression that erases many great ideas of Christianity, and that is the omnipresent RIP. Not only Heaven is within us, but the ideas of "resting in peace" for eternity is for me a depressing concept in which to spend the "Ever-after". Boring?
There are as many Heavens as there are individualized states of Consciousness. Not just on Earth, but throughout the infinity of the Universe. What's more, after every reincarnation we, you and I, and countless quadrillions of others, can rise to a higher Heaven, or what the Theosophists, as formulated by H.P. Blavatsky, called Devachan. This word simply means "Dwelling of the gods". The word gods follows the biblical concept of our potential in "Ye are gods", the concept confirmed by Yeshûa, later known by his Greek name, Jesus. I find the ignorance of the Christian churches which completely ignore the biblical teaching quite astounding.
And hence here are the good news. When we leave our temporary bodies (die), we can move to realities of higher frequency of vibrations, with attendant increase in our creativse power. To compare this philosophy with the ideas of "resting in peace" for all eternity is an most unpleasant idea. The concept of "Requiescat In Pace" is a crime against the Consciousness individualized in all humanity. To be bored for all eternity is my concept of Hell, that can only exist in the minds of people, whose energies might be metamorphosed in Black Holes into faster frequencies to serve a future individualizations, and start again.
We are gods, immortal gods; gods ever-rising in our awareness of our true nature, that eventually will merge, once again, with the Omnipresent Creative Energy, to inspire countless generations of new individualizations that will forever add to the diversification of the Infinite Creative Potential.
Yet, we all must start at the bottom of the ladder. Having reached the stage of being human, we arrived at the first stage of awareness of our potential. And even then, not all of us reached this perception.
