Remember when we were given skins (Genesis 3:21) in the Garden of Eden? Well, we need "skins" only on Earth. In Devachan we can be free again. Just bundles of energy. How do I know? Because I've been there. In lucid dreams.
It's fun.
It's great fun.
It's incredible.
At least I think so. It seems that there, we can take on any shape we want. Including shapes that can go through walls, fly, swim under water... there is no end of what we can do.
If
you close your eyes, you can walk through walls. If you open them, you
get a nasty bump. It really is up to you. You and you alone create your
reality. Try it. It works in lucid dreams.
You really are your universe.
What survives when you leave your physical body is your consciousness, and consciousness can create any reality you want. Like here, in a way, only there, there is no time as we know it. You can manipulate reality instantly. Whatever you imagine — is. Not will be... but IS.
I suppose that's what the prophets meant when they called us gods.
On the other hand, life, even here, on Earth, would be very different if people believed in immortality. The problem is that the vast majority of us identify ourselves with our physical bodies, that, according to science, notably Einstein et alli are illusory. The real energy that sustains us is our consciousness which, regardless of what happens to our bodies, continues on an indestructible path towards infinity.
If we would accept that, in addition to the above we add that all states of becoming, including Heaven and Hell, and in particular the endless progression of Devachans are also states of consciousness, then we would relax sufficiently to spend our transient life on Earth in a state of joy.
Hence, welcome back to Paradise, to the Garden of Eden, from which our ancient, antediluvian parents had been kicked out. They, Adam and Eve, may have been, but not you and I. Our garden can continue to be as enchanting as we make it.
After all, all flora and fauna remained there... waiting for us to return?
And talking of antediluvian... In biblical symbology water, particularly large, extensive water, such a floods of the Red Sea, define our, or their, thoughts, their or our states of mind, and often of great changes in such. Changes such as we expect to make now, in the Age of Aquarius wherein we all water our own gardens.
As for Devachan, allow me to remind you that in Sanskrit the word means no less than: "dwelling of the gods." Aren't we lucky that the ancient prophets declared us to be gods?
Hence, worrying about "death" is ludicrous. Getting rid of an old, used up body, that, according to science wasn't real anyway, is nothing short of ridiculous.

Science studies the reality of illusion. Scientists can be compared to Sigmund Freud who studied dreams. When we awaken we realize that we are the dreamers, not the dreams. And that, in time, we can learn to generate any dream we want. Not by the thoughts generated by the artificial computer of our brain, but by the ultra mind which is integral to the energy of the Omnipresent Energy of the Creative Consciousness which individualizes Itself in our Higher Self.
When we realize this, fully, we become gods, capable of metamorphosing energy. In fact, by altering the frequency of vibrations of the Original Omnipresent Energy, we can create any illusory reality we choose. As gods we do not create things, we create illusions of things that are so real that lower states of consciousness recognize them as real.

Yet, to
reach such creative abilities requires countless
reincarnations, which, in turn, requires immortality of our
Consciousness. Failures or misuses of energy are recycled in Black
Holes. Those which enhances the diversity of the Universe, continues on the eternal path towards perfection.
Judging by the
behaviour of the human species, we only began a short while ago. Countless energies must have been metamorphosed since "Adam and Eve". If they hadn't been reincarnated, we wouldn't be here...
Read the KEY. It'll help.
Once again, good luck!
